The program hires for various roles including food service, rides, aquatics, and park services. Age requirements vary by department, with a minimum of 18 years for workampers and 14, 15, or 16 for specific roles. The resort allows most RV types but not tent camping. Workampers can expect a short walk or bike ride to the park. The weather requires proper clothing and air conditioning in RVs. Pay starts at $14 per hour, with higher rates for rehires. The program aims to accommodate 150-200 workampers, with a strong returner community.
